Strawberry Fields

16 Oct

I have a slight obsession with strawberries. Since the colours of this scarf reminds me of strawberry fields, hence, I have chosen to name this scarf after the song Strawberry Fields (and not forgetting that it would be John Lennon’s 70th birthday last month, if he were still alive today).

We know it has been quite a while since we made a scarf. Fret not, this Spring, we have knitted this scarf…

It’s time to put away your winter clothes and wear something more colorful. Personally, I consider scarf as a necessity and it is easy to match a scarf with almost any outfit. You can wear a scarf with a pair of jeans, shorts, skirt, dresses, formal or even casual.

We made this scarf in shades of pink and purple because these colors just POP while we were choosing the yarns. It is as though we could hear them screaming out to us “Pick me! Pick me!” If you do not want to look dull in your black and white work clothes or maybe your outfit for the day just lacks that little something, simply throw in this pretty pink and purple scarf and you are good to go!

Another reason to love this scarf to bits is the quality of the yarn. The scarf is 100% handmade from European yarn made in Italy, promising to give your skin the softest touch.

Pamper yourself or your loved one today with this handmade Strawberry Fields scarf from The Purl Shop!
